Once payment is processed, orders are prepared and shipped within 2 business days.

Returns

Our aim is for you to experience complete satisfaction with your purchase. We make every attempt to accurately describe items and we depict clear images in order to fairly represent our quality products. In the rare likelihood that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition with tags still attached within 7 days of receiving your purchase for a refund. This refund, or store credit if you prefer, will be issued in the amount of the purchased price including any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Where

We ship to most countries. Select your country from the available options during your ordering process. If your country does not appear, please send us an email to find out if we can arrange custom shipping options. All shipments originate from Dorval, a city on the island of Montréal (province of Québec) in Canada.

Associated Fees

International customers are responsible for all possible additional costs associated with shipping to their respective countries. Products shipped to countries outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs tariffs, and fees levied by the destination country. Since customs policies vary from one country to another, we invite you to contact your local customs office for information applicable to you.

Provider

This shop primarily uses Canada Post for shipping. Canada Post provides a full range of dependable delivery services for domestic and international parcels.

Shipping Options

To simplify matters, we are listing a basic parcel shipping cost for all purchases. Should you wish to have your purchase sent via other shipment options (i.e. shipping provider and/or service level), please email us prior to completing your transaction and we will be happy to provide you with quotes for these options.

Weight & Dimensions

The weight estimate provided with each product description is based on the product weighed with the box in which it will be shipped. The dimensions listed are of the box in which the hats are shipped. These boxes measure 29.3 x 21.6 x 4.2 cm  (11.5 x 8.5 x 1.6 inches).

Hats

Composition

All hats available on this website are unique, premium, handcrafted hats. A selection of high quality materials (including wool, cotton, alpaca, bamboo, silk, nylon, acrylic, and others) are used to create each hat.

Cleaning

These premium, handcrafted hats should be carefully washed by hand. It is preferable not to wring your hat but to blot dry by rolling it in a towel. Air dry. Your dry cleaner may also provide you with cleaning options.

Custom Requests

At this time, and for the most part, we do not fulfill custom requests. However, should you have a reason for us to consider creating you a custom hat, please contact us.

Wholesale

These hats are each unique, handmade creations. We do not offer a wholesale discount programme.
